Final VS4 international packages go out today. w00t!
I can hear the familiar drone of the label printing machine doing its magic on the final batch of VS4 packages. They’re all international, and they should all be in the mail by 9pm tonight.
If you’re in the US and you haven’t gotten your VS4 package yet you should probably drop us an email (support@valleyschwag.com) so we can check on it. If you’re outside the US your package is on the way. As usual, we can’t really predict exaclty when you’ll get it, but it’s in the system. We decided to put customs forms on every international package this time, even though they aren’t technically required for everyone. Better safe than…returned.

my guess for the UK arrival sweepstakes is Wednesday 20th September
Seems like VS4 has been the bad “egg” of the 4 hopefully number 5 (if there is one) will be alot easier for Valleyschwag and the faithfully customer.
Can’t wait

Ok really looking forward to this package.
Why did you wait so long before sending out the international ones? I thought the plan was to send out the international packages before the local ones?

Same question as Stijn.

I sent an email a few days about this, but I haven’t heard anything yet….. My account was canceled. Is this something you are doing to get ready for the new system? If so, I thought Paypal was going to remain an option? If not, is there a reason you guys canceled my account?

Hmm.. Unfortunately it’s been so long to be sent out that I am going on vacation for 3 weeks as of Monday (in Italy, not the UK), which means that my VSwag package will probably be returned to sender
If it arrives any later than 22nd September here in the UK then I might be lucky as the post office will hold it for 7 days

Well given the track record of the post (VS2 lost, VS3 arrived 7 days after being posted) I do hope that the post will keep to its promised 4-7days for packages from US to Slovakia, but I have a funny gut feeling about customs. I am crossing my fingers though and keep on hoping.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed hard that my package will arrive soon!
can’t wait!
yeah, and I also have the same concern with Stijn Martens - I thought you guys said you would send out international ones first?

I suppose the problem is with EU (and elsewhere) import duties. There might still be a silly tariff war going on and as such, could get 10~15% of the price added as duty. Personally, I’d go for “Promotional items” with a value of

Hmmm. The use of “the less than sign” has screwed that up. I’ll post it again with the symbol replaced by the words “the less than sign” and see if that works better:
I suppose the problem is with EU (and elsewhere) import duties. There might still be a silly tariff war going on and as such, could get 10~15% of the price added as duty. Personally, I’d go for “Promotional items” with a value of “the less than sign” 1 USD. You can’t by them in the shops so they have no value. Most Customs people will not bother because it will cost more in postage to get the money so they will let it slide and we get it for nowt.
Given that International shipping can be a nightmare, and the last paragraph suggests that some didn’t get through, I can understand taking your time to get it right.
